David Poulin

David graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke in 1999 where he was also a research assistant in theoretical condensed matter physics under Professor André-Marie Tremblay. He then moved to Montréal to complete a Master in quantum computing with Professor Gilles Brassard. After having completed his Master''s thesis in January 2001, he moved to Los Alamos to work on some foundational issues in physics with Wojciech Zurek. He is now completing his PhD degree under the supervision of Professor Raymond Laflamme.
